          Rome was not built in a day; to change takes work, usually hard work, and change takes time, usually 30 days for results to begin to show. Triceps Kickback is the resistance exercise given to you to try and you will receive tone, tight, defined arms as payback for the hard work during your pretty workouts. Begin to stand with feet shoulder width apart and with knees slightly bent to prevent low back pain. Flex at the hips as you bend your upper body forward and down. Maintain spinal alignment by keeping back flat and prevent rounding of the back by tilting pelvis, placing weight on heels and tightening of glut. Bring arms up and back alongside of body parallel to floor. Hold dumbbell(s) for resistance and extend arm(s) back for a set of repetitions. Repeat.
