Push Up Club

Hi Everyone,

I mapped out the different types of push ups I will incorporate into my workouts; wide hand placement push ups, tricep push ups, incline push ups, decline push ups and staggered hand placement push ups to name a few.  Join my push up club and together let’s get stronger.   Push up Club – Perform 10 push ups daily Monday thru Friday, which is 50 push ups per week.  We can do that.  If you miss your 10 push ups on a day, make up the push ups on the weekend or double the push ups the next day. Keep track of the successful weeks (50/week) by the year end your push up count could equal 2600 push ups. So – join me in the 2600 Push Up Club.  Remember Cardio love too.  “To improve is to change; to change often is to be perfect” – Winston Churchill.
