Ready for a New Year and New Fit YOU!  I am.  Let’s start together in the morning. Did you eat oatmeal for breakfast? After all, it is National Oatmeal Month 😉  Maybe plan it in for your nutritional meal schedule.  Add fresh fruit: apple, raisins, blueberries or strawberries, with a dash of cinnamon. Yum. Join my Push up Club – Perform 10 push ups daily Monday thru Friday, which is 50 push ups per week.  We can do that.  If you miss your 10 push ups on a day, make up the push ups on the weekend or double the push ups the next day. Keep track of the successful weeks (50/week) by the year end your push up count could equal 2600 push ups. Give it a try. Jump Rope might be fun to add in weekly too, rope or no rope, let’s jump.
